Very important case. We have to demand they show evidence now or free Reiner Fuellmich None has been forthcoming. The ongoing trial stalls justice in its tracks. This man is being violated, through false imprisonment, and so is the public.

Reiner Fuellmich was establishing with the Corona Committee, the basis for a Corona measures connected to, lockdowns, masks, and vax mandates based on violations of the Nuremberg Code.

Dr Reiner Fuellmich Legal action
Reiner Fuellmich was in the process of collecting all the evidence to establish the lockdown mandates and the vax requirements as understood by those enforcing them, that it was an experiment. The lockdown violated all known medical protocols for medical public emergencies involving the spread of infection. The vax had not gone through the preliminary clinical trials, and therefore according to existing scientific protocols and law fell under the category of being in the experimental phase.
The powerful vested interests, promoting and profiting from the population control COVID experiment, had a demonstrable interest in shutting down the economy and transferring wealth to themselves, which is what the evidence shows has happened. This ability to develop a series of paper trails, eventually leading to a convergence targeting specific government and economic leaders, made Dr. Fuellmich a security threat.
This threat to officials was published in an official dossier brought up in testimony on day 9.

Defense attorney Dr. Miseré read from a dossier from a public authority. At the end, this described a declaration of action.
This was preceded by a detailed report on Reiner Füllmich.
During the pandemic, Füllmich became the focus of public attention. The dossier claimed that Reiner Füllmich would disrupt internal security.Dr. Reiner Füllmich had apparently been under surveillance by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the BKA and the Federal Intelligence Service since 24.08.2021.
According to the dossier, something must be done and a thorough investigation into Reiner Füllmich must be carried out, as he poses a threat to public order, democracy and the rule of law. He has a great influence on the social climate, he could incite unrest and it is imperative to prevent him from taking on politically exposed offices and to prevent him from obtaining them by all means!Entanglements seem to be revealing themselves.
In his statement, Reiner Füllmich stated that it was only thanks to the cooperation of public prosecutor John that Hoffmann's transgressive complaint was accepted, which no other public prosecutor would have done.
It becomes increasingly obvious in Day 9 Part 2, that the plaintiffs are in disarray. If this was a prize fight, it would be stopped on a TKO, due to severe injury to the plaintiff.

During the questioning, Antonia Fischer needed reminders, even when she referred to her own minutes from the shareholders' meeting in November 2022. She therefore needed a reminder of what she herself had once written about.
In the end, she was asked about the class action and how she would assess it, since Marcel Templin had transferred the EUR 600,000 from the client's funds to the bank and, as a private individual, had the land charge on Füllmich's house registered and not on behalf of the community of interests, for which he actually wanted to have acted.
Someone involved in this trial, has Reiner Fuellmich’s assets and property, that is in dispute. And the person is not Reiner. He has no access to any of the assets he offered as security, which are more than enough to cover the loans. Obviously, one or more of the plaintiffs has authority over those assets. So what is the dispute? Why is Reiner in prison?
It is clear that the aim was not to reach an amicable agreement or to settle any tax debts. Rather, everything was done to prevent the money from being repaid a month and a half after the house sale, which they knew was going to take place and had taken place, and that Reiner Füllmich was willing to pay back the money for the loan.
Delay Tactic
When Reiner was imprisoned, he was attempting to act on the mission of the Corona Investigative Committee to mount court cases, based on the evidence the committee was gathering. They did not coordinate with him and were reluctant to mount cases. Meanwhile, there was also a dispute as to the use, security, and control of committee funds, between Reiner and those plaintiffs in this trial, who are also on the Committee. Without this sudden action by the plaintiffs, to immediately imprison Reiner on the pretense of misuse of funds, Reiner would likely have acted on his own, with the available donation money, to form court cases at will, till the dispute was settled.
Out Of Action
What it looks like is, that Dr. Fuellmich is using his lawyer skills on days 9 and 10 to show that the whole point of his arrest was to stop him from acting on the legal front. Administrating the funds was permitted, within his authority, as one of the controlling committee members on the board of directors. His openly stated goal prior to his arrest was to begin a legal process that would lead to a winnable class action suit, based on violations of the Nuremberg Code.
Day 10
Delay delay, delay. Reiner has been in jail for over 6 months, this is only day 10 of the trial. The accounts of the trial, show how much time can be consumed, each day this forced march to prove innocence to end this unwarranted imprisonment continues.

Hours are spent nitpicking over details. That is what court cases are for. However, since Dr. Fuellmich has already established that he is not withholding money, and the money may be held by one of the plaintiffs.
Question. Why is he still in jail? Couldn’t the rest of this be settled with a bail payment, and assurances he does not leave Germany?

Answer. No. Here is why.
It became clear that she was unable to answer the question of how much money she and Justus Hoffmann were losing sleep over.
Füllmich wanted to know why the settlement negotiations had taken place; because they wanted to settle or "to get me into jail?"
She stated that they only did it to put him in jail.
"We didn't want a real settlement, we wanted to put you in jail," was Fischer's sobering statement.
Why did she want to see Mr. Füllmich in prison?
"Because we consider everything he did to be worthy of arrest," Antonia Fischer continued.

Burden Of Proof
As you read through days 9 and 10, you find that during the investigation process, one of the deputy prosecutors conferred with the plaintiffs, outside of the authority of his office. The Fuellmich defense team is requesting his removal to ensure the ethics and integrity of the prosecution for the plaintiffs are above doubt, during the remainder of the trial. Why would the state attempt to offer information to the plaintiffs outside of legal bounds? The state must prove it is not the real plaintiff in this case, and the committee members are not simply pawns, used in an attempt to silence a legal threat, to state crimes and criminal actors.
How did Reiner Fuellmich get arrested in Frankfurt? What was he doing in Frankfurt?
Let’s look at a few items, Reiner Fuellmich was citing in the code, to establish his class action suit.
Demanding Voluntary, well-informed understanding, before granting full legal consent, was penalized and even criminalized, through unlawful edicts.
Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine were criminalized, and proved to be better alternatives than the vax.
No significant animal testing was done before the mass human experiment was mandated.
People couldn’t assemble and were forced to mask beyond health safety limits. Suicides increased, and businesses and livelihoods ceased to exist.
None of the genetic modification platforms used in the vax, including mRNA, had demonstrated a level of safety, necessary to warrant its use, without full public knowledge or consent. It was a known danger.
Risk versus benefit was not established and predictions were not substantiated

Reiner and The People
What looks like an attempt to take Reiner out of action, to delay his development of court actions leveled at powerful vested interests and actors, is an attempt to take us out of action as well. Out of action as anything amounting to more than the legal property of special interests. Interests with the power to violate all human rights in pursuit of their agenda. We must demand as we share this information, that the industrial, governmental, and technocratic state actors, involved in this trial, show just cause for Reiner Fuellmich’s continued incarceration.

The main features of this movie are:
The early color process. It looks a little colorized from black and white at first. But it is just an early version of color film processing. You likely haven’t seen this movie before as it was recently assembled out of crude early nitrate prints. Burgess Meredith also stars and ends up directing the film. The acting of the main characters is very good. You understand from this early production of their work, why these actors became such big stars of their era. Also, some really amazing stunts on the Eiffel Tower and the rooftops of Paris. Great sets of 1949 Paris Interiors and exteriors.

The Culture of Paris Then And Now
One of the first things you notice is the common people of Paris had access to a lot of stuff, that was just beginning in this movie’s era, to become less affordable. The level of understood sophistication in the filmed background scenes that did not include extras, evident in the social customs, is thick, as we see average Parisians, going about their business, during many scenes of the movie. You can’t help but wonder how such a valuable cultural environment, gritty in places as it was, was not adapted, augmented, and reimagined in more places around the world, instead of being allowed to lead the world in its current level of decay.

The Paris detectives and everyone they encounter in this movie ride in taxis, everywhere. At all hours of the day and night. Taxis are waiting, even in a forgotten residential neighborhood. Everywhere in the city no matter what part of the city you are in. It seems all you have to do is yell TAXI, and in 2 seconds, there’s a taxi pulling up for you to follow that car. Smart-looking color scheme on the taxis too, and all the same.
