The system is planning lower crop yields to add to its first ring food shortage act, circus lineup.

The Political Clowns and Magicians in Ring Number 3
There are a lot of political clown acts under the big top. Many performers are skilled craftsmen like Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers appears to be transitioning from a high-wire act, incorporating political gags and circus clown routines, into his act.
