It is mid-month and week. I feel lazy and creative at the same time. Every day I do this, I learn something new to share in that day’s newsletter. So even when I feel lazy, I get excited about what begins to unfold through messages from the public I look at and share.

IRUUR1 Newsletter | Programming Reality - A Public Forum
IRUUR1 is a brain trust that began internationally in the mid-60s. It was agreed among them, that we the People, program our ow reality and we make it so on many levels. I encountered them in Northern Ca. The project was to program the reality of a community in foundational ways. Somewhat modeled after the early Black Panther Oakland community enterprise model, for generating community involvement and autonomous, community resource development. But we wanted to include in our model, how other cultures, besides our own, invented their reality. We examined the benefits and drawbacks, of developing economic structures, based on existing and available community resources, drawing from the lessons of other cultures.
The Institute For Research And Understanding, IRU - A Community Resource Bank
All community assets were considered. Hard assets like tools, machinery fiscal, and so forth. Soft assets like skills, knowledge, businesses, etc. IRU Institute For Research and Understanding was the group I connected with in my community. IRU operated on donations. This was purposeful, in order to create an autonomous community resource bank. A bank fueled by a community need, to contribute community assets to solve problems and invent enterprises to avoid problems. A community bank, configured for problem solving was developed into an information switchboard.
A Natural Economic Continuum
The information on the network was vast, and at its peak represented 10 percent of the community resources. All in the network agreed to offer free services to all we referred to them. Our standard method was to refer a free service once to a participant, per network collaborator/client. Any further contact with the client was done in agreement between them. This often led to very positive community results. IRU, received enough donations from those who profited, to share a building and develop a collaboration with a community alternative news print service, with our own printing press, to promote community building and our clients, who were working to build stronger community resource capacity.
We offered free tickets and free emergency guide references with excerpts quoted over the phone. And then free referrals to doctors of all types of medicine for the appropriate need. People offered free classes in everything under the sun. After the first freebie, the public referral and our client continued on an ability-to-pay barter system, difficult to monitor and control in what remained of a free United States Of America till the end of the ‘60s and early 70s. A working model of dynamic of resource capacity development, as the engine for community-based, self-programming of more personal and community reality choices.
The IRU brain trust understood at the time that powerful vested interests were working at the same reality programming level that we were. We understood we were developing reality programming, based on the same laws of all kinds of energy. We were researching the way the laws of energy formed culturally, as well as mathematically but we had not boiled it down to a formula. However, there were those in our group who stated that the laws of energy had already begun to be fully weaponized, citing the intelligence research by Dr. Timothy Leary and others. So we know we had been officially briefed, and always understood it was a possibility, until proven otherwise.
IRU goes RICO
During the late 60, we were aware that we were all under surveillance in one form or another, through various means, too numerous to mention here. Our clients were being harassed in one form or another increasingly as well. Our free legal advisors explained we were being systematically criminalized, but it was not directed at us. It was being authorized through IRS, and various other government policies administrating everything.
By 1970, the IRU barter model would be unworkable. All barter would be considered under-the-table transactions. Keeping barter transactions above board meant increasing the cost of the service, at a loss to both the public and our network participants. Remaining legal would collapse the system we were building, based on local resources. We monitor for honesty within our community. this was a model meant to collapse this method legally. This legal burden, primarily IRS-driven, added legal and paperwork time and expense to everyone. It would have been doable if we had been in the loop 3 years prior, but was impossible for us with a one-year notice. We understood that surveillance and harassment were a way to gather information on our activities for potential further criminal investigations, based on new rules and regulations firmly in the pipeline, some already beginning to be enforced.
From Brain Trust To Brain Dust
We did not know at the time that those criminal elements in the existing system, using the laws of energy, that we were researching as well, had developed the laws of energy into a legal economic weapon. Our services, especially our Crises Hotline and Drug Crises Intervention services were specifically at risk of a massive legal and financial disclosure burden. There was an overpowering economic force at work, specifically targeting anything outside of a government-enforced model. This affected not only our community but the brain trust efforts of all other similar community models across the nation.
So the IRU personnel were literally blown apart and our assets scattered, as an officially sanctioned operation. The international brain trust implementing discussion and projects around the laws of energy continues.
We did not know at the time that the concerted, systematic economic force and energy directed through the system affecting us, was a form of energy, based on a Harvard study that found the math required to manipulate the flow of electrical energy was applicable in manipulating the economy, Harvard also sponsored the mind studies by Dr. Leary, further developed in DARPA and other government programs.
Top Secret History
This mathematical energy manipulation information became top secret information. This made it vulnerable to directives and conclusions, for advise on funding priorities by intelligence officials, to authorities and government departments. Criminals and honest personnel inside of high level intelligence operations. advise political appointees who officially authorize intelligence funding recommendations. In this way many top secret operations rise in authority, based on the benefit of their use, by those in the government and corporate, economic and political system.
We did not know that the math for manipulating the economy had been developed from the Harvard study into a top secret U.S. government weapons program, and operations manual. Not until the discovery of a later version of the manual surfaced in 1979, did anyone attempting to use the laws of energy in their lives, know that they had been analyzed mathematically and weaponized economically under an operations manual, developed and used since the 1950s.

The more we apply conscious perception to our energy environment, the more we are able to be predictive, influential, and adaptable within it. There will always be variables in any transaction in the universe. But there are constants too, as the manual clearly outlines. As we develop energy constants in our lives, we can adapt to the variables, according to our conscious perception.
Resistance To Forced Energy Manipulation
The Silent Weapons manual is based on an energy induction system which requires the small to be consolidated and what is too small to be discarded and reconstituted into the system. War is described as one way of rebooting an old economic behavior program into a new form. If those working on economic alternatives had known about the manual in existence in the 60s, it would have had to be discarded, due to mounting resistance to official wars and domestic/foreign, racial, religious, and human rights policies.
The division caused by government induced racial, religious, and human rights strife, would have been suddenly coalesced around a common enemy, focused on the government, and seen, clearly outlined as a weaponized tactic for division. The tactic would have backfired and exploded as an economic administrator instead of our current economic regulator.
Dusty Currents
As the system makes mass organizing in traditionally successful ways increasingly criminal, we have to get smaller than consolidation allows, and beyond dependence on the weaponized, economic energy matrix. The universe transmits energy between the galaxies and constellations along dusty lines, forming currents of interconnecting matrices of energy. We are then particles of charged dust forming matrices of energy in alignment with each other in a greater energy matrix.
The matrix of power governing our energy induces and relies on our personal human energy to generate the power to manipulate the greater human energy field of activity ad behavior.. This again is stipulated in the manual and operational tactics to force human energy induction into the system are explained. Understanding these energy principles will allow us to form matrices of energy personally and with others aligned with each other to living freely, resisting weaponized attempts at economic, political, and environmental disruptions, while doing no intentional harm.
The more we create intrinsically connected solid connections in our lives and with each other, the less essential power we transmit within the criminally managed and manipulated matrix. We increase our programming capacity and reduce theirs.
Reprogram This! Macy's Running The Trans Gauntlet
This is a reality program, available from and force fed into the human matrix for criminal power and profit. It has nothing at the corporate and government level to do with human evolution or healthy human development. It is part of the family breakdown in authority over social habits and institutions necessary for the expanded legal control of human resources.
This trans tactic is like an initiation into a secret fraternity/sorority like the Skull and Bones or something along those line for significant prominent businesses.
The greater trans agenda is tied to cultural acceptance of the medical and environmental augmenting and patenting, of elements of the planetary and human biology. This is worth trillions of dollars to controlling interests, according to current estimates.
Operational funding for well known businesses such as Macy’s are dependent on lines of continuing credit, based on projections. Performance profit projects are based on global identity and rights of product distribution, globally and nationally. Conglomerates with controlling interests in global enterprises dictate a greater investment message that favors their portfolio, to enterprises that require continuing lines of credit to operate. Bud Light, Miss Universe, and Target are recent targets. Don’t excuse the pun.

How do we direct energy out of this matrix? Don’t fund political efforts for one. They are powerfully manipulated. Do participate in forums that provide outreach to people in authority whenever possible. If a guy or gal dresses in funny clothes according to a certain belief, like the Amish or The Sisters Of Perpetual Indulgence do, but they can do the job, I hire them. If Blackrock has the power to dictate my hiring practices, I have a problem. I will barter labor and other needs individually outside of the system, wherever possible with whoever is in agreement.
Tracking every spec of dust is impossible in a matrix now forced to consolidate resources to maintain its current inductive resonance, needed to stabilize power in the present the economic environment.
