Storing And Rebuilding For the Future
My conversation with Ben Davidson centered around the opportunity we both see, to retool and build communities now, before the micro nova. Communities potentially in far better shape to rebuild from than were available for our ancestors, in the last climate shift event. Ben also emphasized the difficulties arrayed around doing so.
For the record, this was not an interview. It is a conversation that you can have with Ben, in your own words, by scheduling a 25-minute conversation with him. It is part of an ongoing conversation he is having with other safe zone builders.
An Official Informal Contributor
The highlight of the conversation for me was Ben’s willingness and ability to be an Official Informal, Safe Zone Guidelines Contributor for a guidelines project, and those of other independent, safe zone community builders. Ben has been offering many essential safe zone guidelines in a series of question-and-answer videos. This latest one specifically addresses both the personal and community guidelines for success in transition.
Magnetic Pole Shift & Micronova | Q and A Oct.22.2022
Among the topics discussed are strategies for seed storage, environmental change strategies for replanting in the new environment, the historic record of previous cycles, and mental preparedness for the overwhelming climate changes, occurring suddenly during the day of the micro nova transition event.
Creating Future Communities Now | Guideline Fundamentals
I wanted to know the hard evidence on Why Safe Zones were in fact by all evidence, the safest places to be during the transition. Also a list of things to consider as a Safe Zone Community, guideline building blocks, and possible connections to others interested in forming essential guidelines for start-up communities to work from.
Does The Earth Always Tilt? The Safe Zone Guideline Foundational Point
YESl according to the hard evidence it always tilts. Every 12,000 years or so.
Here is the video with the information.
Because the earth always tilts, these are the areas for homestead and safe zone communities, in general, They are outlined in areas of the world, shown in rectangles. These are the basic areas.
According to the severity of the blast, surrounding high points also will be relatively safe as well.
Remember, as they say, wherever you go, there you are. If the earth rises beneath your feet or opens up, while the skies pour down and you get flooded, you suffer a mega-lightning strike, major fire etc., you must either defend or flee. Guidelines must include an individual emergency plan capable of interconnecting communities together. Storage of maps. Exit and prep strategies for different emergencies. Preparations for accommodating those affected in other safe zone communities and residents from immediate surrounding areas during emergencies as the environment changes before, during, and after the event.
Outliers Coming Into Safe Zones
The concern I raised in the previous newsletter on safe zones, about outsiders coming in and adding to the stress on the land was unfounded in Ben’s experience and research. More important then, would be making sure those already living in safe zone areas were prepared for climate shift-induced emergencies. Ben’s research indicates that people will be forced to live in the conditions available to them when for instance, the Carrington event occurs, and electricity on the grid and satellites in space, suffer major malfunction, due to the present lack of shielding.
Captivity will be enforced. All unshielded vehicles on that region of the earth impacted by the solar flash will not function. Roads will be blocked regulated, and enforced. Leaving the urban areas will be almost impossible. The flash will transmit energy distortions all around the planet, transmitted into the earth, and through our electric grid system.
However IRUUR1 still considers, that during the time between the Carrington event and the eventual micro nova, some people will have the time and ability to enter safe zones for good or bad as conditions warrant.
Essentials Of A Future Safe Zone Community
Ben emphasized, that the natural conditions existing after the event will dictate the fundamental guidelines structure and needs of a safe zone community. We agreed that it was possible to form general guidelines for consideration by all safe zone communities and regional builders to draw from with the goal of 2 to 6 weeks necessary, to get people with the knowledge base and interest involved. Guidelines should be made available to, already existing safe zone area residents as well.
Independent Living In Any Available Economic and Climate Environment
During and after the micro nova event, people will need to survive, live, and develop in their available environment. They will also create a new economy from the ground up. This process can begin in safe zone communities which are being formed now and will be built by the many or the few as led. Successful development will require guidelines for a complete organic and tech lifestyle change. All or part of these new necessities of life will be unfamiliar both to some knowledgeable, beginning community builders, and current residents of safe zone land.
Observer Ranch - A Current Safe Zone Community - Legal and Mission Structure/Protection
Suspicious Observers Ranch/Community is currently available for participation by anyone interested in beginning a new life, and being a part of a growing community, already forming guidelines, and processes for transition.
A Lease Structure - Ownership Rights - Community Protection
Ben expressed concern that my original idea expressed in the first safe zone article about individual land ownership, within the community by acreage holders, was a potential danger to protected development. Nothing in U.S or Colorado Law where Observer Ranch is located would forbid a person, with full property ownership rights, to move in with the intention and means to undermine the community.
The lease structure offered in his community, solves the problem of extra screening and benefit, vs risk for community members’ survival mission. His research into existing homestead agreements showed that they were not winning in the essential court cases, needed to establish their mission.
Homeowners Associations, Franchises, and Co-ops
The lease agreement structure has stood up in court, as well as those listed above. IRUUR1 will be shifting its homestead community guidelines outreach, to include leases, homeowner associations, franchises, Co-ops, and even limited partnerships for Safe Zone Community development.
However, participating community members need assurance. They need to know in any agreement, that the lease, property association, or other community, legal owner, can’t decide to kick them out when times get tough, simply because they disagree and/or acted to defend their ability to live within the resources of their land, without intentional or other harm to community members, which was outside of the opinion of the legal owners.
Communities must therefore be flexible in their form to function within the available system, without being vulnerable to it. At various critical points in the ongoing economic and environmental deterioration process, compatibility with and within the system, risks individual survival and adaptability in nature, according to our long-range and short-range economic/climate forecast.
Expanding Safe Zone Community Capacity - The Ranch Is A Seed
Observer Ranch is the first community, founded to develop a Safe Zone lifestyle that others may draw from. The lease structure at this time best protects that mission and community members. Guidelines for all communities should be able to address the needs of all legal and extra-legal innovations possible to community builders, and necessary during economic and climate changes.
Community Guidelines will allow builders and residents to form practical missions, specific to the land, and the people involved in those communities.
Outline Goals
To form a foundation for confident strategies, leading to the means of any person or community, to benefit from, in minimizing the risk for a survivable transition, into the new environment. Think of it as the basis from which to form benefit/risk, life insurance policies, in an expanded natural legal order.
