Achieving full health and body sovereignty is an act of complete defiance of the central bank, monetary system of control. It is the first sovereignty that must be established, for any other claim to life and property to establish meaning. If you require medicine that must be produced electronically, your future life in your body is limited. The medical system is the first talon of the beast, impaling you to dependency on the establishment.
Natural Immunity
It starts with being able always, to breathe fully, from the top of your head, all the way down to where the lungs meet the kidneys. Relaxed, with the mouth slightly open. Breathing without experiencing blockage, congestion, or overwhelming sensations, that inhibit your full relaxed breath for as long as you desire. You are then in respiratory resonance with the planet, in calibration with the galactic, and Earth’s biological clock. In full synchronicity. The planet breathes in concert with the sun and IMF, the Interplanetary Magnetic Field.
By allowing the total environment of the Earth into us, according to our awareness and need, gives us full access to the measurable active, electromagnetic spectrum, which is the platform for our biological awareness, and conscious actions, according to our perception. We get what we visualize and accept into our world.
The Organic Communication System
This is the planetary, interplanetary, and galactic communication system. Breathing in resonance with it freely, plugs you into it. This influences our food and activity choices.
How?
Because we are in an electromagnetic environment, which functions according to the laws of electricity. A full clear breath allows the the body’s automatic, electric nerve functions at the top of the nose, to get all the environmental information available at full capacity. The full breath, allows this information to travel through the relaxed nervous system to all vital organs and functions. This directly influences food and activity choices. All calibration with the Earth and galactic clock occurs in the glands connected to the respiratory system. In the ears, this affects our sense of balance.

This judgment thing. Judge not, lest you be judged. What does it mean? It has bothered me all my life, till I went beyond the social programming and figured it out. I was going to, say how I resolved it. But as I was looking the quote up I found a good explanation of the concept here
Stuart Weber gives this excellent summary of the correct meaning of bibleref.com/Matthew/7/Matthew-7-1.html: He says it means, “Do not judge others until you are prepared to be judged by the same standard. And then, when you exercise judgment toward others, do it with humility” (Holman New Testament Commentary, Vol. 1, p. 96).
I think it goes back to and is tied to the Golden Rule. The Golden Rule implies a standard of conduct you live by. You expect to be treated by others according to the way you conduct yourself among others. You treat others and regard them according to a standard, you comply with and hold yourself to. You would expect to be confronted if you acted outside of that standard. You confront others by that standard as well. You do unto others as you would have them do unto you., Then, only judge others by the standard you will be judged by.

Today the US 10yr yield is spiking, and this is putting pressure on stocks.
In my opinion this will not last…
I fully expect that “a miracle” will occur before this gets grossly out of hand and a mystery buyer (the fed) is going to step in and increase its purchases of debt.
I would look at this as an opportunity to add to our current long positions.
