DeSantis’ anti-woke law prohibited professors from teaching that one group of people (whitey) are inherently racist and should be consumed with guilt for actions of their ancestors.

Governor DeSantis’ law also prohibits teachers from telling students that, depending on a person’s race, they are either privileged or oppressed.

CRT is a theory, or a religion at best. It philosophically tramples the individuals right to be different and to hold separate opinions, according to their race. I went through it in another article.

Judge Walker wrote, according to AP. “If our ‘priests of democracy’ are not allowed to shed light on challenging ideas, then democracy will die in darkness.”

Wowie Zowie, and ALL GET OUT. That’s stern stuff from a judge who seems to agree with CRT, without regard to its obvious constitutional, individual rights shortcomings. But he is correct when he says, government control of speech, in itself, establishes a legal belief system. It is the First Amendment crime the Constitution was written to eliminate in government.

OK, But You’re Mixing Oil And Water

Free Speech is one thing. Firing someone for their views, relative to speech is a debatable constitutional point. The business owner has to regulate speech in the workplace to maintain order. Also sometimes outside of the workplace to maintain the business image. Under the Constitution, however, CRT itself, is simply another belief, like Christianity.

It is the one-sided enforcement of free speech/belief and individual conduct law, which is institutionalizing CRT, and penalizing even criminalizing Christianity, and other beliefs that is the real problem. I mean, Buddhists, Muslims, snake charmers, everyone should be alarmed by one-sided government legal belief enforcement. Government empowerment of one belief over another is the establishment of a state-sponsored religion, governing over one’s right to hold an individual, core, guiding belief.

Holding one belief system to a higher standard of legal rights than all others is what makes, it a foreign and domestic enemy of the Constitution and the People. Not the ideas themselves. They are fine fodder for debate, if the government doesn’t, constantly rule against you for not following their CRT speech and behavior rituals when they are incompatible with your belief. Allowing someone to be legally hired or fired because they wear an, I love the CRT T-shirt, or an I love God T can’t be allowed, unless the business is a part of a religion, or has a philosophical customer branding base. Otherwise is selective, arbitrary, and discriminatory legal enforcement of one business practice, or an employees philosophy over another.

You can’t keep people who want to trade only with CRT businesses from doing so. But you can’t enforce separate standards for other beliefs who want to openly trade contrary to CRT beliefs either. And you certainly can’t force government employees to train and enforce CRT beliefs in the workplace, against individual employee beliefs, beyond the needs of government job efficiency. It is a separate belief. It is illegal to establish it as a government hiring policy, under the Constitution.

Democrat/Republican Control Freaks For Global Central Banks

The Republicans enable, and the Democrats Instigate ideological control, increasingly mandated in the U.S. and by other governments in a global system. The system is debt funded by central banks, made into policy by governments, and normalized through corporations, all of them acting in concert. All Republicans, Democrats, and all party politicians must put the system over the Constitution, or they will be outcast from power, and criminalized within the globally controlled political/economic system.
