Managing Our Lives As Unique Human Resources

I think it is time for the People to become very comfortable with the fact that we are human resources. I also think it is fundamental for us to define what that means individually and as a species. We have been content, for far too long, to allow ourselves to be used as the unique human resources that we truly are, by a subhuman standard, degraded far beneath our natural potential, and to the creed and instincts of our kind, to the level of crops and cattle.

We Are A Coded Iteration Of Infinity

I just want to restate that here. Haven’t discussed the wonderous new science affirming our uniquely electromagnetically coded, biological essence. It is this unique coded matrix of our presence, through which the energy of our consciousness is active in the realm of the 5 senses, resonating in that range of the electromagnetic spectrum. We have covered the ramifications of the engineered, designed into the debt system, economic collapse, now beginning. So what to do? Stop being manipulated, by better understanding the mechanism, and weaponry of manipulation. We have also covered the fact that what we do will affect the timeline for economic and other engineered crises. However, I think that point is worth restating here in this way. Anything we do that is monitored, on the street, in our communities, and on the internet is monitored one way or another to a greater and lesser extent. What you do or say will rate monitoring, if it triggers an active algorithm. Algorithms are situation and event-activated, and rated for security at economic, cultural, political, and defense intelligence levels.

Monitoring Awareness

We and the 1%, have natural limits on our ability to monitor our collective awareness. Pretty much we can only keep our private lives partially secret. We can monitor the private lives of others at times, in areas they still cannot, but even our thoughts and emotions can be targeted in effective ways individually, but not completely, 100% systematized, in an entire community, for instance.

So IRUUR1 suggests that we keep their limited resources busy pushing back on the things most important to us while doing as much as possible, off the algorithm radar.

I have no way to validate this manual to my satisfaction, but IRUUR1 will publish it anyway. The validity of the content seems to speak for itself. It would be tough to make this up. And what would be the reason to release a dummy document, validating and clarifying our own observations? One reason of course could be the further cementing in the public mind, of the concept of an all-powerful elite.

This manual is being shared extensively by Doug and Stacy, Off The Grid, to whom we give a big Thank You. They have people and resources used to verify the document before releasing the PDF to the public. I will look into the validity further. Any help you can provide will be welcome to validate or discredit this content.

The manual does not give me the impression of an all-powerful elite at all. I almost feel if I were there I could have written parts of it. Instead of superior people, I get the impression of some really sick people, who are in various stages of death and decrepitude, willing to take the rest of us with them. For them, the need to systematize human resources, using the power they held, was a race against mass awareness, of the modern instruments, of mass information. The knowledge of how things work applied to emerging computer technology, could be made cheaply enough in time to be available to the individual. This would destroy these people, who were now too sick and weak to compete. This would challenge the privilege of any elite status, they had previously held. So a population warfare manual was developed to systematize and control human resources.

The tactics in this manual are valid and the evidence of their application as outlined is widely evident. It is valid enough that I began applying awareness of their terminology connected to engineered historic and present-day events I have experienced, to a more practical strategy for personal defense. The more aware of the tactics being used against us, the less vulnerable we are to them.

It Begins

It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation. of a society, 1.0., the engineering, of social automation systems (silent weapons) on n national or worldwide scale without implying, extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.

Remember what I said earlier about us as energy. It is a resource more precious than oil. The document begins with the history of the funding for the project, beginning in 1954. Then immediately moves on to the next section.

This is a computerized weapon, based on the laws of energy, for disruption of the natural social order and enforcement of an automated society.

Their Fear And Weakness

In 1954 it was well recognized by those in positions of authority that it was only a matter of time, only a few decades, before the general public would be able to grasp and upset the cradle of power, for the very elements of the new silent weapon technology were as accessible for a public utopia as they were for providing a private utopia. In conclusion. the objective of economic research as conducted by the magnets of capital (banking ;) and the Induotrie3 of commodities (goods) and services, is the establishment of an economy which.is totally predictable and manipulatable.

In ardor to achieve a totally predictable economy, the lower classes of the society must be brought under total control, i.e., must ho housebroken, trained, and assigned a yoke and long-term social duties, from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. In order to achieve such conformity. the underclass family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government-operated day-care centers for the occupationally orphaned children. The education given to the lower classes must boot' the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the superior class from the inferior class, is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright lower-class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves, from their assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintaining some measure of order. peace and tranquility, for the ruling upper class.

A Weapon To Weaken People Into A State Of Dependency

The disruption of natural behavior is meant to enforce automated behavior to create a dependency on automated behavior patterns for a better life. The 1% assume because they are weak all people are weak and can be further weakened in the same way. Using economic inductors, to weaponize the system, they create economic dependency on their system of facts, and reasoning, while paying for, indulging in, and profiting from their own weaknesses.

The Elite Are The Human God With Political Emissaries

Interesting that when we do act in our own security interests, we are increasingly considered a national security threat.
