Whole Grains And Beans
I am not a card-carrying member of the slave class. Yet, I find that whole grains and beans are not only extremely cheap but are also extremely healthy choices. It is important to remember that whole grains and beans eaten together, form a complete protein. The same as in red meat, fish, and poultry. For most people, however, they will not replace the need or desire for meat. But, I find I have less need and desire for meat when I include whole grains and beans in the same meal. I do not need any regular medication, and am in my 70s. I feed 2 people as much meat as we want All kinds, premium and cheap cuts, 3 meals a day, $450 a month for both of us.
The ability to develop the cultivation of grains and legumes is one of the foundational technologies that define civilization, relative to tribal or primitive, hunter-gatherer societies. Grain cultivation and consumption is therefore an evolutionary technology and practice.
Consuming whole grains is a healthy way to digest carbohydrates. The outer layers of the grain are not refined away, as in processed grains such as white rice or flour. The outer layers have the elements, necessary to digest the inner white gluten. The glucose is reduced to assimilable sugars. The outer layers contain essential minerals and other nutrients, necessary for good health.
Globalism, Territorial Expansion, internationalist Treason
At this point in our biological and social evolution, you and I are either internationalists or globalists, at least in some form or another. The form I’m partial to says that nationalism is a dead end unless it is based on a global perspective. Also, unless the nation’s laws are based on natural law and our natural rights. Internationalism means nations networking under a framework for trade and development.
Now fortunately for me in the US, I have a national constitution that mimics natural law to a great degree. But it allows a great deal of mischief in enforcing natural human rights, in an open and free market economy. This challenging national environment is a great place to evolve from. But rather than evolve our system, we in the US, like the rest of the world, are being forced to retreat from the evolutionary path. Instead, to stay in place, or go backward due to powerful self-identified global investment forces. So to defend our rights of evolution we form a core position or individual positions, impervious to powerfully programmed, centralized politics.
The dirty little secret is that most of the developed world and developing world’s constitutions like Mexico for instance, have a lot of human rights sewn into the fabric of national unity and governance under their constitutions, granting a government the authority to organize a nation. These natural human rights which we have made into an infographic, are a clear and present danger to the current forces seeking to crush nationalism in any form. Our rights are based on the way we perceive ourselves, the things we transact with around us, and our natural transactions with elements of our environment. These are 5 primal things we naturally observe in our environment.
Openly Global
We can’t help it if this is how we observe our universe. So we build organic societies that reflect this perspective of our rights of sovereign individual value and purpose, as intrinsic to our existence. Our cultures are usually based on our beliefs and the conditions of our geographic environment. Nations are formed with various national rights. Abandoning these rights which exist in most of the world’s constitutions in one form or another is the objective of what we can call present-day globalists.
I personally don’t have any quarrel with globalism. I am openly global and like to think globally. But centrally controlled anything is an evolutionary dead end. It begets the loss of full creative capacity, in favor of a stagnating conformity, unable to keep pace with the mutational nature of the universe.
Central control globalists are now doing to the developed world what was done to the indigenous Asian, American, African, and Mediterranean worlds. Financing armies of invaders, and charging the tab to the host countries, taxpaying citizens. Openly global leaders in many nations are well known. Gavin Newsom in California, Putin of Russia, and Trudeau of Canada are but a few well-known WEF global leaders graduates.
Subverting the rights guaranteed by national constitutions through sedition and sabotage is considered treason, but no one is saying it. The former colonies are now invading the indigenous cultures of the former colonial empires.

Projecting Possible Futures
Her best assessment is that the elites only want enough people in the world to serve their interests, and the rest are in the way. One billion or fewer people is a popular assumption in articles on technocracy and centralized elite, global population objectives. But what kind of life would it be for those elites in control of 1 billion or fewer people?
Boring or Uniquely Innovative?
Putting myself in the shoes of perhaps 10 million people in various forms of control and/or superiority in status, to the rest of the billion or fewer inhabitants, what is my life like? If the Carrington event happens, there may be enough backup systems in place to stage survival for 1 billion people on Earth, but not much more. Let’s say we are one of the 10 million elite and we have justified our actions in eliminating 7 billion people based on the need to preserve what humanity we can ecologically manage and provide electricity and resources for, after an extreme natural disaster. A disaster that knocks out the electrical grid worldwide. And for which we only had enough electrical backup equipment and logistics in place, to restore power to 1 billion people.
We did not have full protection of the grid before the Carrington Event occurred, because the press withheld the information till it was too late for the public to prepare properly. The controlling elite of the 10 million privileged elites feared full public knowledge of the circumstances would create a panic, and cause a run on available resources, tying them up from more productive use and ending in human chaos, extinction, and not an organized process of survival.
In consolidating humanity into an AI-managed, corporate system engaged in operating patented, robotic, resource management and control protocols, a lot of unique craft and cultural innovational possibilities once widely available on Earth, will have been lost. Can it be reinvented from a lineage of genetically unaltered core of say 1 million elites or even 10 million?
Walk A Mile In My Shoes
We have to be able to be able to put ourselves in the shoes of those who are the 10 million plus, privileged elites, and those who control them, and consider the product of eliminating 6 to 7 billion people on Earth. How do we participating elites of privilege and control, justify our actions, and what are we left with, or what do we imagine we will be left with as we are consciously proceeding now?
If you are one of those billions, who believe in the current CO2 green science and global, economic/political agendas, you need to consider hardening the grid or you will not be among the elite survivors or their remaining, grateful minions. Can we walk a mile in the privileged and controlling elites’ shoes after grid failure and genocide, and then a mile in the shoes of their less than 1 billion, grateful minions? If you can do this you are engaging in psyche ops, when you discuss politics openly.
Is Rima Right?
Do they only want 1 billion humans to manage the planet with and for them? Can elites even guarantee the safety of 1 billion people right now?
Outcome
Because as Clif High notes, we are entering a period of extended hyper-novelty, the elites cannot guarantee a probable outcome for even a billion people. They cannot, or are unwilling to address, our global electric vulnerability in any way that plans to initiate the necessary immediate action, required now. But household and community grids can be hardened and national ones too. Like health rights, the possible interruption of electricity, for a variety of reasons, is gaining attention and solutions for prevention.
