Wonderful comments and debate , some things agreed, others not, see my more lengthy comment already sent , The Constitution [original organic one with the REAL BILL OF RIGHTS }, may be one life boat to jump in for a while , BUT I say it has some serious flaws , as well as some attempts at greatness , that the majority of people were not YET self responsible or wise enough or incorruptible enough to make work in the long run. My dear friend MR JEFFERSON, without whom there would not have EVEN BEEN a BILL OF RIGHTS included stated " the constitution should be torn up and rewritten every 20 years , or each generation]" Think about that for awhile , what is a Constitution or a contained BILL OF RIGHTS in an age of voluntary surrender of all such by the use of CELL PHONES ALONE? We dont even have to get into spy satellites , sky nets , internal synthetic biological monitoring and more . SK

Did I miss the more lengthy comment? If I did maybe I can find it. The original organic constitution is a bit of a lifeboat. The Constitution can be rewritten, but not in 6 months to a year. It is the authority we have now, and more efficient for more people than the current global system, especially when applied to today's tech, while we hold electricity. And superior when we lose electricity. It is understandable to most people, agreed to even by government criminals in principle, through their oath, but is taught culturally as meaningful but potentially antiquated.

I just think the self-proclaimed so-called constitutional legal minds among us are not doing their job. They should be creating a fleet of lifeboats. Lifeboats capable of boarding and seizing global vessels of influence. Not now. During the chaos of the collapse, when the authority of the CBDC will be questioned. But beginning as a viable authority now in the public mind. Our legal people are not simply gathering up the People to not comply. Not complying is probably the last thing they want to say. They have to say complying with the law and opposed to compliance with criminal acts.

Since statute law is primarily the law of the sea, a lifeboat for the Constitution is a good analogy right now.

The original Constitution did not even CONTAIN the BILL OF RIGHTS, those pushing the original were a vast majority lawyers with faithfulness to the CROWN or an ALL POWERFUL FEDERAL SYSTEM, Jefferson added it . Then that BILL OF RIGHTS containing CONSTITUTION was replaced by the corporate one we now have otherwise the EUROPEAN and American financial elite were not going to loan any more money to the struggling REPUBLIC. They also understood "the right to contract superceded , the CONSTITUTION and was in place long long before , this is why the strategy was to trick people out of their superior status and rights by adhesion contracts. Current gov officials DONT TAKE oaths on the original , they take it on the replacement, otherwise WE would all be more successful on prosecuting therm for oath violations, go try it, I challenge you to accomplish this. It may be some kind of life boat , but its full of holes , there are way to few to carry the number of people , and the water is filled with SHARKS CIRCLING

You can't go after oath violations, that's just a psyche element real in the law, that is simply not enforceable now. Cases involving refusal to participate in unlawful acts, rely on the thousands of documents over 1,000 in the Maine case alone, establishing criminal acts, which law-abiding people have a legal basis to ignore.

I know the Constitution did not contain the first 10 amendments to it. And about our sorry debt history. And I know that the government is a private corp., and the oath is to the corporation. But not in the public mind. they see it differently now, but one million saying it is a fraudulent oath in court raises suspicions. The U.S. Government Corporation is a public document.

Do you think all local officials know it is an oath to a corporation, not the real Constitution? And if the answer is yes, they're all in on it, then what will they do if the public perception of their authority is questioned and they are named in illegal acts of mass harm and murder? It has to amount to a bums rush from a fleet of lifeboats or something, with legal authority you can defend. At least in the public mind.

Yes they do know its a bogus oath , yes they are all in on it , so what will they do ? SIMPLE precisely what they are doing, kill as many as possible quickly by weaponizing ALL SYSTEMS , POISON THE ENTIRE FOOD SYSTEM , USE VERY ADVANCED MIND CONTROL SYSTEMS to manipulate behavior to create mass criminality and chaos. Bankrupt the system and collapse it, putting your million in a very real survival situation, while forcing the CBDC s at the same time , which most now using credit cards , debit cards , ATM s and crypto will applaud and jump on board, while continuing the southern border invasion and training large numbers of them to be internal insurgents and police forces and RELOCATION SPECIALISTS. Do I need to mention more , so does your legal methods have the time to circumvent or stop any of this .
